How will the Westland-SunCal TIDD be environmentally friendly and responsible?

We are planning our community to protect New Mexico's natural resources and preserve its unique heritage. By developing a "best of both worlds" Westside community with parks, bike paths and wide-open spaces, our TIDD will:

• Reduce the need to commute
• Preserve open space
• Provide efficient heating and cooling
• Reduce water consumption
